Hafizabad district is bounded on the north by Mandi Bahauddin
district, on the west by Chiniot and Sargodha districts, on the
south by Faisalabad district and on the east by Gujranwala
district.

TMA/TOWN PROFILE
TMA Status
After implementation of Punjab Local Government Ordinance 2001,
it was given the status of TMA in 2001.
Location
Pindi Bhattian is a Tehsil of district Hafizabad. It is bounded
by Tehsil Hafizabad on its eastern side, district Mandi
Bahauddin on its north, Sargodha and Chiniot districts on its
west and Sheikhupura and Faisalabad districts on its south.
Area/Demography
Tehsil Pindi Bhattian spreads over an area of 1,178 square
kilometers with population of 347,793 as per DCR 1998.
